How do access the production portal for my show?

To access the productions portal, scroll to the bottom of any cma webpage to find our site links and the production portal button, or follow the direct link sent to you via email. once you, ve entered the production portal click on the relevant icon and entered the password sent to you via email you will then gain access

Why isn't my password working for the production portal?

Sometimes the cookies stored on your device store the password with your public IP address. To fix this click the padlock icon at the top of the webpage next to the web address bar, go to cookies, then delete the cookies for this site. Once this is done the password will work again.
